In the first 5 minutes, I use a technique that looks simple, but works fast. This process talks directly to your nervous system, turning off stress responses, stopping compensation patterns, guarding or bracing, resetting the way your muscles fire and rest.

I see it every day: someone comes in with pain they’ve had most of their life. They’ve tried massage, stretching, acupuncture, doctors, physical therapy—and nothing has truly worked. But if the pain isn’t due to a current structural damage, there’s a good chance we’ll turn it off in seconds.

And if you’re just holding stress or tension that usually takes a full hour to even touch? It will melt away too.

That’s the starting point. Once the body resets, we move into massage—and it works better, because the resistance is gone. You’re not just being worked on; you’re being restored. I customize every session based on what your body tells me, supporting the areas that need it most while integrating the changes we’ve made.

Sessions often end with work around the neck and shoulders that supports the nervous system even further—sometimes including relaxation techniques, or reflexology work to anchor the shifts.
